Our Firm
Our firm, which is located in the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion
in the province of Quebec, caters to small and medium sized businesses, businessmen
and independent workers. In order to serve the needs of our clients we are
also a registered trademark agent.
Established in 1991, our firm is a full service law firm with an emphasis on business
law. Since its inception, business law has been the main focus of our firm
and we have developed an expertise in the areas of business, commercial and corporate
law and trademarks.
Me Darren Gladysz
Darren Gladysz is a practising attorney
member of the Bar of the province of Quebec and has been practising law since
1991. He studied law at the University of Montreal where he obtained his law
degree in 1990. He is perfectly bilingual in both English and French.
He has practised business law since 1991 and gained valuable experience in
all areas of business law. He is specialized in corporate, commercial, business law
and trademarks.
In addition to assisting his clients with all areas of business law, Me Gladysz
is a registered trademark agent and regularly advises and counsels his clients in matters
pertaining to intellectual property protection and trademarks.
