Established in 1991, our firm is a full service law firm with an emphasis on business law. Since its inception, business law has been the main focus of our firm and we have developed an expertise in the areas of business, commercial and corporate law and trademarks.
Our clients include small and medium sized businesses, businessmen and independent workers. In order to serve the needs of our clients we are also a registered trademark agent.
Location
Our firm is located in the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion in the province of Quebec, Canada. Vaudreuil-Dorion is part of the greater Montreal area and located west of the City of Montreal. Our office is located 45 kilometres from downtown Montreal and is a 30 minute drive from downtown Montreal.

Our size allows us to develop a very personalized rapport with our clients. A number of our clients have been with us since the start-up of their business and have grown with us. This allows us to acquire a detailed understanding of our client's businesses, their industry and their needs. We feel that this is one of our strong points and greatly benefits our clients when we need to give them legal advice.

In matters pertaining to business law a problem has to be considered from both a legal and business angle in order to provide the best solution and that is what we do. A point of law may prove very interesting to debate on a theoretical and academic aspect but if it is uneconomical to do so it is of no use to our client.
